All requests are reviewed on a case by case basis with information being verified with NHQ through eServices prior to be granted an account. Additionally, there may be additional levels of approval required prior to issuing an account depending on the nature of the request.

For standard requests it may take a week before a new account is set up, please allow additional time if the request requires additional approvals. Once the request has been approved and the account has been created, an instructional email will be sent to the member's email as listed in eServices.
