Please read all directions before completing this form
- For all PA WIng stations, simply list the call sign number.
- For out of wing stations, list the FULL callsign. Do NOT Abbreviate.
- Separate each station that checks-in with a comma. (ie: 265, 1, 41, White Peak 123)
- Submit this log after the completion of each daily or weekly radio Net. Online submission should be made within 24 hours of the Net.
