Adobe Acrobat Reader - a free piece of software used to view any pdf 

Microsoft Compatibility Pack - are you constantly getting things that look like .docx and you can't read it with word?  Try this!

Microsoft Office Viewer - These viewers will show you what is contained in the document, but you will not be able to edit them.  Contains viewers for Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Access
