Monthly Vehicle Reporting

Vehicle Usage Reporting Instructions

  1. Select Scope from the drop down list if it isn’t already populated
  2. Select Wing from the drop down list
  3. Select Field ID from the drop down list
  4. Select Date from the drop down list for the date that you are reporting
  5. Click the View Details Button
  6. Enter the Number of Admin Times Used in the text box if applicable
  7. Enter the Number of Admin Hours Used in the text box if applicable
  8. Enter the Number of Cadet Activities Times Used in the text box if applicable
  9. Enter the Number of Cadet Activities Hours Used in the text box if applicable
  10. Enter the Number of Mission Support Times Used in the text box if applicable
  11. Enter the Number of Mission Support Hours Used in the text box if applicable
  12. Enter the Number of Other Times Used in the text box if applicable
  13. Enter the Number of Other Hours Used in the text box if applicable
  14. Enter the Odometer Reading. Letters or special characters will not be accepted in this field and will cause the processing to fail

NOTE: all of the times and hours used entered must be numeric. Letters will not be accepted in these fields and will cause the processing to fail. Also, the only special characters allowed in these fields will be a period, any other special characters will cause the processing to fail.

 

Failure to enter any of the data correctly will result in an error message being displayed

Once all the information has been correctly entered click the Update button

Your entry will be displayed at the top of the data grid once your submissions has been successfully competed
